Monica Benedyczak has over 10 years of business valuation, accounting and M&A experience. She worked for several years in KPMG’s Audit practice, before joining the Deal Advisory team. 

During her career, Monica has served on a wide range of transactional engagements, including M&A, fairness opinions, IPOs, due diligence engagements, and business valuations. She has acquired a deep knowledge of financial statements and business transactions. Drawing on her industry expertise, she serves several public and private companies across various industries.
