New at CARIF 2022, KPMG is offering the Developing Successful Infrastructure Projects workshop* on Tuesday, September 20 from 2:30pm to 5:30pm. KPMG and CIBC FirstCaribbean will co-host the workshop as part of our shared commitment to building infrastructure knowledge and capacity in the Caribbean.
The workshop will provide participants with a solid appreciation of the components of infrastructure business cases, drawing upon regional and international examples, developing leading practice procurement processes to optimize competitive tension and innovation, planning infrastructure from a whole life cycle approach, and addressing sustainability to ensure long term benefits are achieved and de-risking projects with significant sustainable elements.
