As a Director within the People Services team, I am passionate about stimulating employment and engaging people through reward and employment taxes. I thereby provide assistance to companies ranging from start-up/scale-up companies to multinational companies. My main areas of expertise are: R&D and innovation incentives, Withholding Tax Incentives such as for night - and shift labor, Employment Tax, Reward, Flexible Remuneration, Compensation and Benefits, Long Term Incentive Plans, Global Mobility Consulting and Compliance, and Compensation for the transfer of copyrights.
