Johan has led a business transformation initiative involving an operating model design for a large procurement and supply chain organisation at an SOE. He was responsible for managing the overall team, risk management and client relationship.
As an engagement partner, Johan led a transformation project for a procurement function at a leading iron ore mining client. The client required the service provider to conduct a supply chain majority assessment. The maturity assessment covered end-to-end procurement process from strategy, contracts management, sourcing and supplier development.
Johan was responsible for procurement transformation at a leading Telecom company looking at the following key areas - process and governance, category management and warehouse network design. Within category management he identified the levers for fleet, cables and managed print services for cost optimisation.
