Kashmira is a chartered accountant and experienced management consultant with her primary specialisation in finance transformation. Kashmira has been involved in numerous finance process improvement projects focussing on the re-engineering and streamlining of functions in order to improve efficiencies, ensure systems alignment and improve audit outcomes. She is experienced in successfully leading large scale multi-disciplinary business transformation projects and integrating projects at a strategic level. In addition, Kashmira has also successfully delivered on multiple smaller high-profile projects. Her experience includes finance and business transformation, feasibility studies including the business requirements definition to enable implementation, procurement compliance and structuring as well as acting as a transaction advisor on Public Private partnership projects.
