Entry Level Vacation Work


Our entry level vacation work programme is designed to give students a basic introduction to auditing. This is purely for students who have never done vacation work.

 

How long is it?


Our vacation work programme runs for 4 days of training. Successful students will be allocated to various sessions, allowing you to network and engage with our KPMG teams.

 

What do I need?

Students are required to be enrolled at a SAICA accredited university and should be studying towards their CA(SA) qualification.

Be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

 

Intermediate Vacation Work


Our intermediate vacation work programme is designed to give students basic work experience on KPMG clients during the busiest seasons of the year. Students get on-the-job coaching, while also assuming limited responsibility, like that of a first-year trainee accountant.

 

How long is it?

The programme runs for one week. Successful students will be allocated to one session each, allowing you to network and engage with our various KPMG teams.

The program timetable consists of two days of training and three days working in the Business Unit.

 

What do I need?

Students are required to be enrolled at a SAICA accredited university and must be studying towards their CA(SA) qualification.

Be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

 

Super Level Vacation Work

The super vacation work programme is designed to give students the full work experience as a KPMG experienced professional.  Students get on-the-job coaching, while also assuming limited responsibility, similar to that of a first-year trainee accountant. This programme is for students who have already attended the Intermediate Level Vacation Work programme.

 

How long is it?
The programme runs for a period of 2 to 4 weeks, consisting of 3 days of training and the remainder of the program you join your allocated Business Unit.

 

What do I need?

Students are required to be enrolled at a SAICA accredited university and must be studying towards their CA(SA) qualification.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
