KPMG has been ranked #1 in Enterprise Service Management, Verticalized Solutions and Capabilities, and Consulting and Thought Leadership, and #2 overall among the world’s leading providers of ServiceNow services in a new HFS Research report.

The HFS Top 10 ServiceNow Services report assessed and ranked leading global organizations based on Ability to Execute, Innovation Capability and Voice of the Customer criteria regarding their delivery of ServiceNow’s cloud-based enterprise workflow and services automation platform.

In ranking KPMG second overall among ServiceNow’s Top 10 global providers, the report praises KPMG as a “trusted advisor with a reputation for delivering innovative solutions” and notes that, according to KPMG clients, member firms bring “fresh perspective to engagements.”

In addition to its #2 ranking overall among global competitors, KPMG was ranked #1 among the global competition in the Ability to Execute category for enterprise service management and verticalized solutions and capabilities, and #1 in the Innovation Capability category for consulting and thought leadership.
