KPMG has been recognized in a recent ALM Intelligence report as a global `Leader' for Organization Strategy Consulting services and capabilities.
ALM's Vanguard report assesses consulting-services providers in terms of their capabilities to create client impact through their depth of expertise and their ability to deploy it across a range of engagement models.

KPMG’s internal client insight capabilities were ranked “Best in Class” by ALM. The framework’s diagnostic phase, the report adds, “strengthens business case development and decision-making around where to invest in capability development across the enterprise.”
The ALM report also highlights KPMG's approach for delivering global research into high-performing organizations that helps to reveal a “customer-first strategy as the key to driving growth and profitability.”
KPMG's Global Centers of Excellence network was also called out for supporting its professionals with “deep technical, function and sector consulting expertise.”
