Today KPMG International named Tim Jones as the new Global Head of Management Consulting (MC). Tim succeeds Aidan Brennan, who has returned to the UK firm as Head of Solutions, having headed up the global practice for the past 7 years.
“I would like to thank Aidan for his tireless efforts overseeing a period of great growth,” said Mark A. Goodburn, Global Head of Advisory, KPMG International. “Under his leadership, the Management Consulting practice has undergone significant transformation with a renewed focus on client centricity in identifying and solving those challenges that large organizations face each day.
”Tim has been a significant contributor to the development and implementation of the Management Consulting (MC) strategy. Over the past 25 years, Tim has held leadership positions on global accounts, led the development of innovative solutions and managed sector and service businesses within our largest markets in both KPMG’s European and US businesses. He has spent the majority of his career working on ground breaking business transformations, in both the energy and high technology sectors.
In the last few years, Tim has been the Global Chief Operating Officer and the EMA (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India) Lead for MC. Recently, Tim sponsored the firm’s investment in Source, MC's next generation platform for methods, insights and delivery tooling.
“Tim’s vision, combined with his leadership and execution qualities make him the ideal candidate to lead the practice through its next evolution of growth and expansion,” said Goodburn.
