The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has issued guidance (notifications and circulars) concerning the goods and services tax (GST) regime in India.

  • Restricting the generation of “e-way bills” by a registered person in certain situations
  • Prescribing the filing process for returns when an order of cancellation of registration has been revoked
  • Establishing the due date for filing statements and returns by dealers opting for the composition scheme
  • Clarifying the order of use of the integrated goods and services tax credit
