Netherlands considers tax rules if "no-deal" Brexit

The Deputy Minister of Finance sent a draft decree with transitional tax rules in connection with Brexit to the Lower House of the Dutch Parliament.

The draft decree aims to provide for transitional rules with regard to certain Dutch tax provisions in the event that the UK withdraws from the European Union without a withdrawal agreement—a “no-deal” Brexit.

The transition rules were previously outlined by the Deputy Minister in February 2019. With the draft decree, the Lower House can consider this if circumstances warrant.
