This new reporting requirement basically implements a process that is based on individual reporting, with that information to be in turn compiled for company-level reporting. The information to be included in the return is extensive—a relatively new requirement. The new reporting rules, thus, require a system that can compile the information internally and then transmit that information to the Swedish tax agency.

The Swedish tax agency has provided some guidelines that explain how certain issues relating to this reporting requirement may be addressed.
