Forrester Research's Q3 2018 report cites KPMG’s integrated global structure, combined with a strategy that focuses on partnering.
In a major achievement for the Global Lighthouse Data Driven Technologies, KPMG International has received a Leader ranking among insights service providers in The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Insights Service Providers, Q3 2018 report.
We believe the latest Forrester ranking, while citing KPMG Lighthouse, is also a testament to KPMG's ongoing commitment to realizing its Road to 2020 strategy for growth, execution and innovation in data-driven technologies among member firms across the KPMG global network.
"With an eye beyond the business problem at hand, KPMG makes cultivating an insights-driven culture an explicit element of an engagement," the Forrester Research report notes. "Illustrating that commitment, customer references confirm KPMG's role in change management across organizations -- both in discussions to bring executives and stakeholders onboard and in training on new tools and processes."
Forrester cites both KPMG member firms integration of services globally and the strategic focus on alliances in its profile of KPMG among the 11 "most significant" enterprise insights service providers.
Recognizing the integration of global services, Forrester notes in the report that "KPMG has integrated three practices -- integrated intelligent automation, data and analytics, and AI -- into its Lighthouse Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and established permanent operations in all major KPMG countries."
The Forrester report also notes KPMG's alliance-focused approach, noting: "KPMG's strategy is to partner rather than invest heavily in technology. It sees itself focusing on the business context, including the data."
