The due date for filing tax returns by legal entities (personas jurídicas) whose fiscal year ended 31 December 2017 is 31 March 2018. However, because this year, 31 March falls on a Saturday, the due date is the next business day—Monday, 2 April 2018.

The due date for payment of income tax for the 2017 tax year is 31 March 2018. Again, because 31 March is a Saturday, the deadline is 2 April 2018.
