The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) determined that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia—a product that the U.S. Department of Commerce has determined is subsidized.
As noted in an ITC release, given the ITC’s determination, the U.S. Commerce Department will issue countervailing duty orders on imports of this product from Argentina and Indonesia.
