The tax administration published guidance (Order No. 3049/2017) concerning the form to be used for filing country-by-country (CbC) reports.

The CbC report will be the annual declaration of information concerning the multinational enterprise group of which the taxpayer is a member.Order No. 3049/2017 includes details about:

  • The model and contents of the form for CbC reporting
  • Instructions for completing and filing the form 
  • The notification to provide information about the role of each entity that is part of the multinational enterprise group, and the identity and fiscal residence of the reporting entity of the multinational group
  • Details of how to print, distribute, use and keep the CbC reporting form
