  • The AEOI Portal has been offline and that reopening of the portal will be communicated in updates.
  • A backlog of technical queries, issues, and requests was cleared from the AEOI Portal mailbox. Financial institution termination requests continue to be processed.
  • Users need to resend emails which have not received a response and were sent to the AEOI Portal team prior to 13 September 2017 regarding issues not related to financial institution terminations on the AEOI Portal.
