OECD: Comments on BEPS discussion drafts

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) today released comments received with respect to discussion drafts under the base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS) project.

The first discussion draft on attribution of profits to permanent establishments concerns work in relation to BEPS Action 7 (Preventing the artificial avoidance of permanent establishment status). The second discussion draft on revised guidance on profit splits concerns work in relation to Actions 8-10 (Assure that transfer pricing outcomes are in line with value creation).
