Greg Wiebe is the Canadian Managing Partner for Tax, having recently returned to the Canadian firm after serving 5 years as the Global Head of Tax for KPMG International. Greg is also Chief Administrative Officer at KPMG Law LLP.

Greg has served a number of leadership roles within KPMG over his 30+ year career. Originally from Winnipeg where he joined the firm, he has lead KPMG tax practices in Winnipeg, Calgary, and Vancouver, and has been the national and global leader of KPMG’s Enterprise Practice (serving private companies). In addition, Greg has served as the Office Managing Partner for the Greater Vancouver offices and Regional Managing Partner for 33 other locations as well. He previously led the Canadian Tax practice from 2007 to 2011, before starting his global role.

Greg serves a number of KPMG’s largest clients, both headquartered in Canada and elsewhere, and has been a popular presenter at tax conferences and summits around the world, bringing a global perspective to tax issues of the day.

The Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario have recognized Greg with a Fellowship.
