John has over 20 years property experience having started his real estate career in Manhattan. Originally qualified as a chartered surveyor with Healey and Baker (Cushman & Wakefield) in 1991. He worked as a European Investment Director at CB Richard Ellis which included advising investors and corporates on the sale of properties across Europe.
John’s expertise lies in advising investors, governments and corporations on real estate and hospitality assets and extracting value from their real estate and in identifying relevant sources of capital for property transactions. He has extensive knowledge of real estate investors and developers across the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
John is also very active assisting international hotel operators expanding into new market.
