Adam is a Partner in KPMG’s Global Strategy Group in the UK, with a particular focus on deals and growth strategy in healthcare. He has over 24 years of consulting experience and over 15 years’ focused experience in the sector. He has successfully led over 400 projects in the UK, France and across Europe and Africa. Adam works with public, corporate and private equity clients across Health and Life Sciences, specialising in commercial and operational due diligence and market studies as well as strategic engagements to support clients seeking to accelerate their growth or improve their performance. He has in-depth knowledge of the European diagnostics market, having worked for several of the largest players and has published several thought leadership pieces on strategy and sector issues.
