Stepan is the Head of Infrastructure and PPP group in Deal Advisory, KPMG in Russia and the CIS. Stepan started his career in banking sector and he has 20 years of corporate finance experience. For the past 12 years in KPMG, he has been a team leader and an active participant of numerous projects in infrastructure, real estate, sport, leisure and tourism industries in all CIS countries.
