As Global Co-Lead for the Assurance and Integrity proposition, Marc collaborates with a global network on a suite of approaches designed to provide assurance on external financial statements, as well as internal audit services and specific assurance in the areas of ESG, organizational culture, enterprise risk management, automated controls testing and data governance. Marc is an established thought leader and speaker on topics that include healthcare financial reporting, ESG and other timely healthcare industry trends and issues.

Marc is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the states of California, Illinois and New York. He has more than 35 years of experience focused on integrated healthcare systems, large health systems, long term care providers, hospitals, biotech organizations, payors, healthcare purchasing cooperatives, medical research, and other healthcare service providers. He also has extensive experience providing advice and counsel in the areas of audit, financial reporting, internal controls, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and tax-exempt financing.
