Mr. Pang joined KPMG Vancouver in 1994 and arrived Beijing in 1998 started focusing on providing Global Mobility Services and corporate tax services to foreign investors. Mr. Pang is the leader of the Global Mobility Services practice in northern China and has been involved in providing Chinese individual income tax related services to both multinational companies and Chinese domestic companies since 1998.
