Mr. Michail Papadakis

Michail is a Senior Manager in Tax, Legal Services. His role includes: supporting KPMG teams in providing to clients services and solutions which are robust from a public procurement, EU State aid, EU/UK Competition law and UK Utilities Regulation risk. Advising clients directly on all aspects of EU/UK Public procurement, EU State aid, EU/UK Competition law and UK Regulation. Advising on the notification of restructuring aid to a Slovenian manufacturer, advising on subsidy request by the operator of a regional airport in the UK, advising on the subsidy request of a car plant in the UK, advising on the application of the EU state aid rules to universities in the UK amongst others; Advising on the new public procurement law regime, the new procurement law regime for health, education and social services and on the in-house contract exemption among others.
