As a partner in KPMG’s Audit practice he gained more than 18 years of experience in providing audit and audit related services to multinational public and family-owned companies. In his current role, he is serving as global lead partner in the transport & logistics sector as well as Global Audit Head of Transport & Logistics, coordinating and gathering KPMG`s global audit expertise in the sector.

Long-term relationships built on trust and transparency with audit as well as non-audit clients has brought him deep knowledge of industry specific accounting, audit, and financial reporting matters in various regulatory environments. Through global clients and interaction with engagement teams, Michael has made extensive global network across the accounting and auditing profession and within the transport & logistics sector. He is aware of the difference that combination of technology and people can make to the benefit of everyone and how this constantly changes the transportation & logistics sector.
