Ian was appointed partner in 1999 and is a senior partner in KPMG’s Private Equity Transaction Services business in the UK. He has worked in Transaction Services on a full time basis since 1990, and has well over 25 years of deals expertise. During this time he has led a broad range of transactions in both the UK and overseas. Ian has also let many VDD and refinancing assignments and, in addition to his private equity experience, he has worked with several international corporates on complex transactions.
