Tayo has over 22 years of experience providing various business advisory services including transfer pricing, tax reform assistance including tax system transformation, risk management, support and implementation, tax and regulatory advisory services, tax planning and management to businesses in diverse industries and sectors. He was also involved in the technical committee that reviewed the amendments to the Nigerian tax laws in the light of ensuring effective and efficient tax administration in the country.Tayo has led various transfer pricing engagements for businesses in Nigeria and other African regions. He has varied experience advising multinational clients on Nigerian taxes and has proactively provided them with practical advice on how to manage any potential impact on their Nigerian operations.Tayo holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Economics, both from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
