Simon Nichols

Simon has wide-ranging experience in leading cross border, multi-disciplinary KPMG teams on global and domestic acquisitions, demergers, disposals and capital markets transactions.

Simon leads our Life Sciences Deals team in the UK with the team including functional experts across the entire deal cycle (strategy, M&A, due diligence, valuations, integration & separation, debt & capital advisory). Our strategy team includes PhD qualified therapy sector specialists and former medical practitioners.

 

Professional and industry experience

Simon returned to KPMG’s Deal Advisory London-based team in 2014 having spent the previous three years leading KPMG’s Deals group in Kazakhstan & Central Asia. He has been a full time deals specialist since 2000 (spending eight years in the audit practice prior to that) and a Partner since 2011. He has extensive experience of providing due diligence, SPA advice and wider buy and sell side deal assistance to both corporate and financial services clients.
