Jonathan McClelland is an experienced economist and project manager. His focus is primarily on the infrastructure sector where he advises utilities, transit agencies, policy makers, and project developers and on industry and project economics. During his career, Jonathan has completed engagements for clients in the UK, Australia and throughout the United States. Prior to joining KPMG, he worked for a variety of infrastructure focused consulting firms, including PA Consulting, IHS, Power Capital, and M.J. Beck Consulting. Jonathan is a former Council Member of the US Association for Energy Economics and Adjunct Professor at New York University's Center for Global Affairs. He has previously served as a member of the Associated Press (AP) Board of Economists.
