Cecelia has more than 30 years’ experience in managing large expatriate engagements and providing international tax planning advice. She has also spent many years advising many of KPMG’s major clients on employees’ tax (PAYE) matters. This includes assisting clients through the process of a South African Revenue Service (SARS) audit and in resolving disputes with SARS through the objection, appeal and Alternative Dispute Resolution process.
