As the lead for Healthcare and Life Sciences at KPMG in the UK’s High Growth Technology Group, Brendan works with high potential technology businesses in this space. He has experience working on public sector transformation projects and healthcare regulation engagements within KPMG in the UK’s advisory practice. He has also worked as a clinical advisor for strategy projects involving private sector, wholly owned subsidiaries of NHS organisations. In his current role working with the High Growth Technology Group, Brendan has experiencing serving the UK’s fast-growing health technology sector. This includes supporting university spin-outs, public and private organisations as well as businesses who are expanding globally either from or to the UK. Brendan is also a member of the KPMG Healthcare Centre of Excellence, where he is a founding member of a global network which supports healthcare and life science startups and venture-backed companies. Prior to joining KPMG, Brendan worked as a pharmacist for five years in a range of settings. He is an active member of the international voluntary organisation Health 2.0, which seeks to further human health through the use of technology.
