Mike Lavan
Director – Global Mobility and Employment Tax

Mike is an experienced Tax Director and helps clients manage the tax and social security implications of international mobility and employee reward. He started his career at Arthur Andersen and has spent over 20 years working in the Big Four, joining KPMG in 2013. Mike is an active member of the CBI’s Employment Tax Working Group and has led KPMG’s response to many of HMRC’s consultations on Employment Tax matters in recent years. Away from work, Mike spends most of his time chasing after his two young sons and changing nappies. When he has the time, he also likes to indulge his passions for football, history, and adding to his collection of vintage tube maps.
