Jennifer is a Tax Managing Director in KPMG’s Global Rewards Services practice. She has more than 20 years of business and process analysis experience implementing software solutions for public and privately held companies. Jennifer is currently focused on global equity technology solutions and data analytics. She facilitates business transformation and innovation by partnering with clients and share plan administrator organizations to enhance their business strategies and objectives. Jennifer has extensive experience advising multi-national clients on the global payroll reporting and withholding obligations due on incentive compensation. She manages client implementations of the KPMG LINK Global Equity Tracker (GET) software application and all subsequent deliverables, ensuring her engagement team provides the highest levels of service. Jennifer also works closely with the GET product development team representing her clients’ viewpoints on product and process improvements. Jennifer’s collaborative work style results in trusted relationships with her clients as both strive to continuously improve equity administration practices. Jennifer received her Masters of Science degree in Business Analytics from New York University in 2018. Using these skills, she has assisted clients with the intelligent automation of manual, repeatable administrative tasks, allowing client resources to focus on value-add tasks. Additionally, she uses analytics to identify opportunities in mobility, employee, and award data allowing clients to focus their efforts on opportunities with the highest potential for cost savings and program efficiencies As an example, she has developed an innovative analytics backed approach to quantify and visualize the potential corporate income tax benefits available to a client should they correctly follow the OECD methodology of recharging the cost of equity-based awards to the affected in-country subsidiaries.
