Ian is a Partner in our advisory practice. He has over 20 years of experience in helping organisations transform themselves. His experience includes HR transformation including implementation of shared services, HRIT and outsourcing; organisation design including development of operating models and detailed organisation design; implementation of talent and performance management frameworks; and broader organisation change experience. He has also led work in the public sector around alternative models to deliver local services. He has worked with both private and public sector clients including in retail, banking, telecoms, energy and natural resources, the NHS, MoD and local government. He currently leads KPMG focus around people and change. Prior to KPMG he has worked as an HR Director for a global organisation.
