This includes over fifteen years working with clients to solve telecommunications regulatory issues in geographical regions as diverse as the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, Western Europe and Australasia. Sean has a sophisticated knowledge of political processes and economic frameworks in a regulatory context, complemented by a solid grounding in microeconomic policy and applied research.
