John Kelly is a partner with KPMG in the UK and head of KPMG’s Global Integration and Separation Advisory, a practice he created by helping in the design and management of M&A projects. John is responsible for a network of more than 700 dedicated integration and separation professionals located in 30 member firm countries. John and his team focus on synergy evaluation, integration planning, transition service agreement support, separation planning, and post deal execution. John has worked on more than 200 transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side, in addition to other major change projects across a wide range of industries and specialisms in major public bid synergy work that have ranged in value from $2.3 billion to $14 billion. John advises clients across a broad range of industries, including consumer goods and retail, automotive, building materials, media and telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals.
