David leads KPMG’s UK Workforce Intelligence services. Services in scope include strategic and operational workforce planning, including design of shift patterns and rosters, analysis of terms and conditions of employment, including negotiations with trade unions and works councils and workforce analytics. David’s work is largely evidence based consulting and often focussed on workforce optimisation requirements to improve workforce productivity and workforce delivery costs. David has worked for Big 4 consultants for 20 years and is also an experienced HR Director, having worked for major international and UK businesses dealing with the full range of HR issues associated with for profit organisation performance.
