Bryan Jones leads KPMG’s Dispute Advisory Services Network in the Americas and globally. He specializes in financial, accounting and valuation aspects of litigation, arbitration and investigations, applying 36 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Bryan has been recognized in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration 2016 as one of the world’s leading commercial arbitration expert witnesses. He has served as a neutral expert and arbiter in U. S. domestic arbitrations, and he has testified in numerous business disputes on economic damages, lost profits, loss of business value, contractual disputes and accounting issues. He has testified as an expert before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, district courts of the United States, Texas and Louisiana and commercial arbitration panels. Bryan has supervised numerous forensic accounting engagements for governing bodies and their legal counsel. These engagements have involved issues such as financial reporting fraud, misconduct and reconstruction of accounting records. Currently, Bryan works with clients in health care, life sciences, and other industries, particularly government contractors and highly-regulated industries. He has worked for healthcare providers and their legal counsel to investigate compliance with government reimbursement regulations and insurance contracts, conduct Independent Review Organization engagements and establish regulatory compliance programs and controls.
