Mr Stewart Hastie

Stewart Hastie is a Pensions Partner in our Tax practice specialising in advising organisations on the design and financial management of UK and Irish pension schemes. In the last few years, Stewart has advised sponsors on the financing of over £90 billion of private sector pension liabilities and benefit design for over 200,000 employees. He advises clients across a wide range of sectors with particular experience in telecommunications, life sciences and consumer markets. Stewart is currently leading on ‘Reshaping Retirement’ - KPMG Pensions offering to help clients respond to the pensions freedoms introduced by the UK Government from 6 April 2015. Stewart is also KPMG Lead Partner for a major food manufacturer.
