Alexandre Haruno is a Senior Manager of labor and social security practices at KPMG, has over than 8 years of experience in auditing and consulting, developed in clients from different branches of activity, nationals and multinationals. Has experience in various subjects about labor and social security, among which stands out: (i) support and implementation of new regulations brought by eSocial and EFD-Reinf; (ii) development of corporate restructuring based on Social Security Contribution over Gross Revenue (CPRB) [together with other current taxes], (iii) identification of credits, risks and labor and social security contingences, including especially evaluation of moment and preventive, (iv) evaluation of positions, career and salary plans, and also, Personnel department related routines: payroll development, social contributions, pension fund, ancillary obligations, among others; (v) evaluation of benefit policies, such as: fringe benefits; stock plans (ESPP, phantom share, restricted stock unit, stock options); medical and dental assistance; private pension plan (PGBL e VGBL); rental; Profit and Results Share Program (PLR), among others; (vi) benefits brought by new regulations of the Labor Reform (Law 13.467/2017) vis-à-vis to business practices. He graduated in law at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU), registered in Brazilian Bar Association and member of the committee of Social Security Rights at the Brazilian Bar Association of Brazil, in São Paulo section. Graduated in accounting by Pontifícia Universidade Católica of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and has extracurricular extension course made at ILAC International College (Toronto, Canada).
