Pedro is an Assistant Manager in the KPMG ECB Office working on topics related to ECB banking supervision, including SREP, non-performing loans, business model and profitability. Pedro joined KPMG in 2015, and prior to working in the KPMG ECB Office, he worked with the Financial Risk Management team in Spain, where he was involved in various projects with a strong regulatory focus. Before joining KPMG, Pedro worked in the Public Policy group at the Spanish Banking Association, where he was involved in several workstreams relating to ECB banking supervision, the establishment of the Single Supervisory Mechanism and the implementation of the Banking Union.
