Paul is a banking director with extensive financial sector experience and has returned to consulting with KPMG, following a successful career with Lloyds Banking Group. During the rebuild of LBG following the financial crisis, Paul held important leadership roles across Transformation, Risk and Operations, with his last role being Director of Change Management for the Commercial Banking division. In addition to leading large teams and having a consistent track record of delivery, his main areas of expertise include; creating and delivering culture change and associated people agenda, shaping and delivering digital transformation and change programmes including cost reduction revenue creation outcomes, and managing a wide ranging and complex financial budget and investment portfolio (500+ FTE, £150m+ investment). Paul is holds the position of Global Banking Customer Lead for KPMG’s global banking and capital markets practice.
