Eric Gorman is a Principal at KPMG. He leads KPMG’s Legal Operations Transformation Services (LOTS). The mission of LOTS is to help business lawyers maximize their effectiveness in providing legal services to their clients. We help in-house legal departments, as well as law firms, increase operating speed and throughput, while reducing cost. We focus on people, processes, and legal technology as the core elements of success, and we leverage multi-disciplinary teams to maximize insight and enable our clients to transform and improve. Eric is an attorney with 25 years of experience advising clients regarding mission-critical investigations, ethics and integrity issues, litigations, compliance, and legal process excellence. Prior to joining KPMG, Eric was a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he practiced law for 20 years in the Litigation as well as Government Enforcement & White Collar Crime practice groups.
