Anurag Gupta

Anurag has over 15 years’ experience in project and corporate finance with extensive experience in structuring projects and complex transactions in the infrastructure (P3, healthcare, social, Transport), power & utilities, renewables and energy sectors. In these sectors, he has extensive experience advising developers, investors and institutional groups on PPP projects, transaction structuring, debt and equity raising, deal selection, M&A, and regulatory issues. Anurag’s project experience/ transactions include PPPs, toll roads, social accommodation (Justice, Healthcare, Detention Centers), water and waste water, and power generation (natural gas, coal, solar, wind, hydro, nuclear), transmission (gas pipelines and electricity transmission), and distribution.
