Adrian is a Partner in our Management Consulting practice who specialises in Finance and back-office transformation programs. These encompass operating model, process and people change in the context of ERP (both Oracle and SAP) and Business Intelligence reporting and planning solutions. Adrian has been a sponsor in the development and taking to market of our KPMG Powered Finance solution, which is a broad-ranging pre-built Finance Transformation solution optimised for the Cloud. He has over 15 years Finance and back-office transformation experience at both KPMG and Accenture, and previous to that held various financial controller roles for GEC Marconi Avionics, where he qualified as an accountant.
