Mark has worked for KPMG since September 2001 servicing a range of clients including listed multi-nationals and private equity backed businesses. He has extensive experience of IFRS and UK GAAP. In 2013 he was seconded to a FTSE 50 business as interim regional CFO covering nine businesses across Central Asia, Africa and the Middle East. A key aspect of the role was to manage the team of Finance Directors across the region, supporting them to improve the robustness of the control environment and to deliver accurate IFRS reporting. Between March and December 2012 he was interim CFO of KPMG Gulf Holdings, covering Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Kuwait. A particular focus of the role was to improve profit and cash forecasting and working capital management. He also managed the implementation of a Finance, time recording, HR and CRM system. He was Department Senior Manager between 2010 and 2012, responsible for 70 staff across our two offices in the East Midlands. Mark currently leads KPMG's Corporate Social Responsibility projects for the East Midlands offices.
