Maggie is a Principal in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services group in New York having joined the firm in 2004. During her tenure she has worked on a wide range of transfer-pricing related issues, primarily in the financial services industry and currently serves as leader for our Global Banking Transfer Pricing practice. Having conducted numerous transfer pricing studies in connection with IRS and OECD documentation requirements, Maggie has advised financial services clients with regard to implementing transfer prices and optimizing their end-to-end process around intercompany transactions. Maggie has also managed several large-scale global documentation projects for multinational financial services companies, and has assisted clients in the defense of these transactions under audit in multiple jurisdictions around the world. With experience in leading APA projects and transfer pricing audit defense engagements for multinational financial services institutions Maggie’s has also represented a number of clients negotiating bilateral agreements between the United States and Japan, Korea, France, Canada and the UK.
