Guillermo has broad experience advising companies in strategic planning processes and corporate development. Guillermo joined KPMG in 2005 and he was promoted to partner in 2008. During this time, he belonged to the Strategy and Operations Group, first in the Transactions Services group, where he was one of the leading professionals in the department, and in recent years in Management Consulting. Before he joined KPMG, he worked at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) in its Madrid Strategy Group, at Arthur D. Little, and in the Strategic Planning and Control area at Robert Bosch GmbH in its offices in Spain and Germany. Guillermo has broad experience in creating and implementing strategic plans, as well as efficiency improvement processes and operational transformation. He has advised many companies on these issues in various sectors, including private equity, consumption, retail, industry, telecommunications and energy, both on growth processes and on internationalization and transformation.
