Mr Tomas De Staic is an experienced Government official currently working as the Head of the Infrastructure Grants and Delivery team in the UK Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV).

He has worked across a number of climate and energy policy areas. These include representing the UK during the UNFCCC COP 19 Warsaw Carbon Market Negations, managing the Salix public sector energy efficiency fund and working on the analysis of alternative fuels behind the Road to Zero strategy.
